Tret gel / cream better?

Literally no idea what the difference is

Google seems to be uncertain nomatter what i say

Use normal Tret, I started with 0.05% but it’s generally better to start with 0.025%

Gel is more potent it's mixed with alcohol, so it absorbs really fast, irritates more and dries your skin more


Cream is less potent because it's mixed with oil instead of alcohol, so it irrates/dries less but absorbs less quick

Neither one of them is better, it just depends on your needs

If you have sensitive or dry skin use cream
If you have acne-prone, oily skin use gel
