Tret gel instead of Tret cream

As title implies, I bought tret gel instead of tret cream. Does anyone know if there’s any big difference? My skin is on the drier side

Yep there is the gel is more irritating for some

literally the same, the cream is better for dry skin but just use a moisturizer after

the only difference is the price
