Tret made my acne turn into white heads...

Never had that many before but now I have like 10 small white heads... Should I pop them or let them be?

than just pop them with a syringe needle is easy done in 5 minutes and it is clean

How much time? I used tret .01% every other day or sometimes everyday. And I use a pea sized amount like the doc said

They hurt a lot I have ones write near my mouth or lips so when I move my mouth they get stretched.
