If you get a cream with good percentage of azelaic acid in it, ts will do pretty much the same thing as tret. I've used both and both worked pretty much the same (simmilar results)

literally bought tret with no prescprition online its not hard, just send it to a post office or your house, u can buy it from amazon

tbh its really easy to get perscrbed tret via a dermatologist or amazon pharmacy method. but i think a better alternative than the acid is adapelene tbh

if your in UK u can send parcels to the post office

for amazon just add address then choose amazon hub and find one near you, or use a locker


then other website i believe you can just set the stores address as delivery address

for amazon you dont need ID to collect, you do for other parcels
