I stopped using 0.1% tret like 1.5 weeks ago after using for like 2-3 weeks cuz i got perscribed Adapalene/Benzoyl Peroxide 0.1%/2.5%
i researched and saw that adapalene can be better for my situation (light-mild acne, black/whiteheads, and overall blemishes)
but tret semes to mog as a retinoid based on everything it can do
Soo do i switch back or continue adapalene because if i keep switching im just resetting my progress each time
