tret or isotret first

i got both in topical form but dk which one to start with and also how many days of the week

if anyone could help i would appreciate it

accutane if severe acne, start with idk 1-3x weekly tret if you go that route and once ur skinbarrier has adapted u can increase strength and useage

When in doubt, just pick tret and pray the barrier adapts, then you can increase.
