Tret or just get accutane??

Using 0.1 tret from dermatoligist rn but its not working to well. I have the opertunity to get accutane prescribed. worth it?

I did tret .025 it only worked half way for a little bit then my skin went back to what it was before. So I hopped on accutane. I recommend accutane I'm a couple months in and I'm seeing improvements. I do recommend doing tret for a bit before hand because some people say it lessens the purge. Like I said I did it before accu and I have had almost no purge. Also get a GOOD moisturizer, stock up on chapstick, and take a fish oil pill every day. Hop on.
