Been using tret for like 2 weeks now, and as I look in the mirror I have deep red blotches on my cheeks and a bunch of spots are on my face, am I cooking my skin barrier or is this supposed to happen?

Tret gave me neurogenic rosacea. Does it feel burning or stinging?
