At night I moisturize then instantly put it on (due to my skin not getting irritated) then I put on hyaluronic acid with 5% b5 and in mornings do same without tret and then put spf50 sunscreen on

Just hop on accutane 10mg-20mg everyday. It's just better

I've used tretinoin 0.05% since May 2025 and moved up to 0.1% on Septemer 2025, the first few months my skin really didn't clear out until September. Although most of my closed comedones didnt clear up because I have some crazy oily skin genes.

Welp just hopped on accutane 10mg since November 19th and it's been 2 weeks, defo haven't had any noticeable results but I kinda feel like my skin got a lil bit drier (prob placebo)

Yes lol, higher dose = faster results = more side effects. I started off with 0.05 so my skin barrier was being raped

Where do u live? In here u just need to contact the pharmarcy for low doses and u pay them

it infuriates me seeing people fail to understand the sole purpose of implementing tretinoin slowly for best results, start with 0,025% 1x week (sandwich method) then work up to 3x week and keep it for a few months then up to 0,05 2x week and so on....

i had no redness or peeling from starting tret, if you experience purge those pimples would come out either way so it's normal, i didn't experience any purge tho.

use this cream in the morning after tret

You should probably start again from scratch and not use the products as often at first. It should be basic knowledge to start gradually including new products to your routine to allow your skin to build a tolerance to the new stuff
