Tret redness

I’m 15 been on a round of accutane and now on Tret just keep burning even in the winter . It’s 0.05% i have little acne just mainly redness and wondering how many times a week I should use , any tips appreciated. Also I’m on 25000iu of beta a day

Chill on the tret for a few days. Start using cicaplast to help your barrier + keep tret to a maximum of 3-4x a week for a while
