Just do accutane I did tret for years it was minimal improvement, more maintaining rather than improving

I dont have severe acne like that but I have minimal dark spots but i do have a huge ass nose so.i might look into thank you

Yeah I’m on accutane currently 2nd month, started 40 and in 80 now

Worth imo it can treat your dark spots which is likely PIE(post inflammatory erythema) because one of its functions is reducing inflammations so definitely consider

Was on tazarotene for 4 years and while it did nuke my acne it didn't do anything for my oily nose. Hopped on accutane just 4 days ago and accutane has already starting to do some serious work on my oil glands
