Move up to 5x a week I'd say.

See how your skin sits with it.

Move on from there.

If your skin goes apeshit probably better to cut back to eod.

If it's fine, keep on 5x a week for like 4 weeks before hopping onto every week.

I generally use the tretiwell from skinorac for 5 days a week but maintain it with spf50 and moisturiser from la roche posay. And I have a sensitive skin.
