assuming this is 0.025%. start on 2 times a week to build a tolerance then slowly taper up. you do NOT want a purging phase your whole family will watch on and it will rape your social life

You NEED to do it just 2 times a week, and in the morning put azelaic acid 15-20% with sunscreen
