why the hell tretinoin isn't making my skin any drier its getting a lil too oily now (im using 3-4 pea sizes amount lol and my lip is dry asf for whatever reason)

Skin is naturally too oily, mine is the same. Started at 0.1% tret and never got any sides and my skin never got any drier
