Tretinion and hydrocortisone

I ordered hydrocortisone and i have Tretinion but could anyone give me a guide on both for nose? I know i have the right cream of hydrocortisone but i dont know how and what type of Tretinion i can use and how so please help me

Use the lowest concentration of tretinoin (0.025) a few nights per week when you get used to do it you can use it every day and then later you can up the concentration

If you want to purely slim down nose use hydrocortisone but if you want to have better overall skin use tret, tret also better long term

I have no acne just like a type of really small bumps on the side of my face and I have a bulbouse nose should i use Tretinoin for nose in any way or skin in any way? It’s 0.1%

Tret can help with that 0.1% is fine just make sure you dont over do it and fry your skin
