TRETINOIN 0.05% cream + adding azelaic acid 20% cream

im currently on tretinoin and it cleared up my acne. i only have PIE marks or the marks that purge acnes leftover.. now i researched about it and azelaic cream is good for removing it. should i buy azelaic cream or just stick to tret?

hop on accutane, those topicals is nothing compared to accutane and ive been on tret, tazarotene, azelaic acid, salicylic acid, you name it.

Do you have an oily nose? If so hop on accutane. If not u can do tret 0.1

what dose do you run and is there a purge? want to see if its worth it since i just have oily nose and skin , no severe acne .

currently on 10mg a day, been purging a bit now yeah, its only been 2 days and i have some manageable side effects. i also only have oily nose and take accutane solely for that reason.

i will probably run 10mg accutane for the rest of my life. i currently have 300 pills, gonna use those 300 pills up then reevaluate if i take 10mg every day or every other day or once a week.

I do. Sunscreen and sunglasses are mandatory on accutane. I also dont drink alcohol due to accutane
