everyday at night, since yours is pretty low dose (0.025%) you’d apply after cleaning the face and apply moisturizer on top, make sure you use sunscreen in the morning and wash it off in morning too and apply moisturizer aswell, mark solution and rep

before since after the absorption will be weaker due to moisturizer creating a protective layer from tret, if your skin starts crying apply moisturizer first then apply tret and on top again moisturizer, mark as solution
