ive been using accutane and its still not enough for my skin

i know chatgpt and the general consensus is one or the other, but can i possibly use tretinoin alongside my isotretinoin? ive been using accutane for a few years now and it hasnt been enough. just wanna ascend my skin man.

Use lower dose tret+ derma stamp and continue with accutane

Don't listen to these retards telling you to use tret when you have access to isotret. why tf use a less powerful non-systematic drug when the powerful one isn't doing enough. up the dosage on the accutane. accutane is king, anyone who tells you otherwise is a fish oil salesman.
