Isotretinoin will improve acne for anyone. Make sure you're taking this through a doctor and not self prescribing it, because it beats up your liver, so you need regular blood testing to check liver enzymes and whatnot. Also, people take isotretinoin for more than 2 weeks, usually its like 6 months+
