Tretinoin and Isotretinoin

my skin is fine but very oily on tretinoin can i use isotretinoin for my very oily skin and nose because i have a nigga nose. and which dose like low dose?

im not educated enough to answer this question but i know that yes you can and i also know that the accutane does should be mildly low i think there was a study testing that tret+accutane combo and it did work fantastically with low doses of the isotretinoin
