Tretinoin and pimple patch?

Hello, I have skinorac's tretinoin cream and would want to purchase pimple patches as well. Is it okay for you to use both at the same time? I'm considering applying tretinoin to my acne and then using a pimple patch.

Preferably just use tret only and if that doesn't fix things after a while then take other measures.
