Tretinoin and sun

I use it only at night what to do ? Use a sunscreen ? No ? Bc I’m still in puberty so I want to have the benefits of the sun

sunscreen is a must if taking tretinoin or you will make your skin worse in the long run, you still get the healthy effects from sun.
Just take vitamin d3+k2 in autumn and winter, it will balance out.
