Tretinoin Cream vs Gel

As many of you know tretinoin is in the top most effective skin cares in the world but many people don’t know the difference between gel and cream. You could go your whole treatment without knowing theres another type that might work better for you.
Cream is more effective for dry to normal skin since it is much heavier and thicker than the gel. It’s rumored to have pore clogging ingredients but this isn’t proven since the “pore clogging” ingredient is in very low doses.
Gel is better for oily and acne prone skin and is much more absorbent than cream. It’s lighter and easier to spread along the face. They are both the same strength though.
In Conclusion it is all dependent on YOU. Neither are better than the other but I personally would just use the gel.

ive been on tretion cream for around 3-4 weeks and the only results have been more acne lmao if theres no visible results within 6 weeks - 3 months im probably gonna get isotretion prescribed

u get a breakout period in the first 8 weeks

start with 0.025% gel and if its too irritating move to cream

yeah im sure thats what they'd do I just hoping they dont put me on some bs that takes 6 months to even start working and is weak af thats what they did to my friend and his acne was worse then mine
