don't believe everything you see on internet, if you have acne and try using derma stamp/roller while on tretinoin you will most likely butcher your face.

yes it will get rid of ur acne after u use it for a few weeks
tret is better specifically for acne
dermastamp overall is better tho but its not good for acne, only when thats gone (the tret will get rid of it)
