Tretinoin for nose slimming - Tretinoin usinh GTFIH

I was using 0.025% tret and it made my nose slimmer. I then took a break for 6 months then switched to 0.1% tret

left is on 0.025% tretinoin while right is 0.1% tretinoin

why did 0.025% work way better??
