guys i want help with this

Tretinoin 0.025%
Azelaic acid 20%

nothing else , give me a good way to start these two off my issues are , hyperpigmentation , rosacea , blackheads. my colouring is horrible i need help

You must use gentle cleanser for example cera ve. Tretinoin is used evening. Pea size amount. 10-15 minutes after apply tretinoin use moisturizer.
The same way morning.
Cleanser-azelaic acid(pea size)-and moisturizer with SPF 50(it must have during retinoid treatment)
and start using tretinoin and azelaic acid every other night.
If your skin will be irritated, use sandwich method (moisturizer-azelaic acid/tretinoin-moisturizer).
And you must know that your problem may be also damaged skin barrier, so i recommended you use moisturizer with ceramides like cera ve or la roch posey.
And use lukewarm water, soft towel and generally you should be gentle with your skin.
