dont know tbh, my nose is inflamed/bloated sometimes and sometimes its almost perfect, couldnt figure out the reason yet

Probably gotta do it for longer for permanent results. At least 2 to 3 weeks, month max. I'm two days in, but I'm following senssei's stack and routine. You should throw in latisse too. Got mine from a curry site called alldaychemist (it'll be called bitmaprost) it's cheap as fuck compared to the latisse that's well known. Same shit.

OG thread where he explains it all. From what I've read hydrocortisone seems pretty weak and betamethasone may be better to use. That was the cortesoid that senssei used.
