I've been using tret 0.05 the last few days and my skin has been peeling a bit and stinging some so I didn't use it yesterday but wake up like this

I think it is the moisturizing cream. I use the same one and when I used it in the exact area you're showing it led to extreme shedding of the skin.

Similarly my eyelids started hurting when I used that cream.

In every other area, my skin was fine.

I suspected it might be that, did it normalise eventually or did u have to change moisturiser?

I avoid using it on those areas. But I will get a more gentle product for very thin skin in the future

You aren't supposed to use tret anywhere around the eyes...

I didnt. Only the moisturizer. Which is why I think that the moisturizing cream caused those problems.
