Been using tret for a week and my acne has gotten worse I used benzoyl peroxide and taro clindamyin gel for 5 days it helped but dried out my skin I’ve been using tret and azelaic acid together idk shit really hasn’t done anything it’s 0.025 and 15% so yea would yall recommend me to bump up to 0.05 or js keep using it ik ive only used it for a week but still

I’ve been using tret safely like with moisturizer stacked and stuff and yes I moisturizer I’m only using tret and azelaic together I used benzoyl a week ago Cz my doctor prescribed it but I wanted to use tret Cz it’s stronger

That's normal tret purge happens to most guys in the first few weeks don't jump to 0.05 yet it'll fuck your skin up more.

No so like I started last Wednesday used it on Wednesday than on Saturday night than again on Wednesday night with azelaic acid 2x during that time

mostly rumors that are backed up with little evidence, but 1 week on tret isn’t going to have crazy results

if you are still having more acne after a few months then switch over

honestly when i started using benzoyl peroxide it just dried the fuck out of my skin and made it burn 24/7, but if it works for you keep using it

Yo yea it did dry out my skin hella like after I applied my tinted sunscreen and shit it like started flakin in a hour it was hard to deal with and like the area under my mustache started to burn when I touched it

Do people not research what they use? Also do not combine azelaic acid i nthe same routine as tret - one in the morning and the other at night. People who use tret typically see results ranging from 3-6 weeks all the way to 8 weeks. It is a phase since your skin is adjusting to a literal cell turnover
