@Mouthbreath remember me . I didn't do Accutane stuck to tret since acc gave me depression

Tretinoin at night with v little generic moisturizer . Sometimes no moisturizer tbh. Just tret and go sleep, sunscreen when I go out in the sun since I need vit D

Same. It took me 7-8 months to fully recover from accutane depression. Was lowest point of my life ngl

I think sunscreen just blocks all wavelengths of sunlight, meaning there is no vitamin D production when wearing sunscreen. I would definitely supplement with a high dose of vitamin D

Already do , only wear sunscreen on face torso is bare
