Tretinoin or Accutane, and why?

I’m already on tretinoin for 7 months and my skin is glowing (people literally point that out), should I switch to/add Accutane?

accutane is alot better. but like if ur skin is fin i dont see a reason to start it

Accutane permanently shrinks your sebaceous gland, so you will have much less oil being generated from your skin thus less acne. I have used tretinoin and it does help with skin rejuvenation , so what it does is that it decreases the sebum on your skin and gives you a fresh layer of skin, but Accutane it just goes full force on shrinking sebaceous glands. The effects are also very long lasting and if you don’t have a raging acne issue, then it’s permanent, but if you do have a raging acne issue, then it will slowly slowly come back and even then it’ll be like 50 to 70% lower than what it used to be.
