Tretinoin or Epiduo?

Ive used both.

Tretinoin 0.1% and epiduo 3.5 and epiduo mogs in terms of acne reduction

I could eat like a total pig everyday with only a pimple or 2 popping up from time to time.

Now on tret 0.1% I need to avoid sugar at all costs or ill a couple zits and minor red across my forehead

I use this which is pretty much epiduo and it works pretty well and targets blackheads (i dont have a pie face tho)
