tretinoin or tazarotene or accutane

my skin has mild/ light acne but my skin is very oily and acne is getting a little worse. would do accutane but I’m worried about my nose shrinking too much as I already have a decently small nose and I don’t want to look weird.

what do I use and what dosage/percent

your nose would only shrink if it is inflamed with sebaceous buildup. It honestly shouldn't shrink too much on Accutane tho. Honesty since you only hace mild acne you should just use tret/taz, both are great and its up to preference honestly. Imao taz is slightly better tho
