Tretinoin question

okay so when should I put tretinoin on, along with the spf and moisturizure, no only when but in what order. I have heard both morning and night. also do you use it around eyes? hear id does away with eyefat but how do u avoid crows feet if that's the case

-wash face and dry
-wait around 20mins then apply tret
-wait till tret is absorbed then moisturise
-u can use i around eyes but apparently 'it burns fat padding' so i wouldn't risk it even tho the only example used just got rid of sagging skin.

pretty sure water is fine, I mean, the shit strips skin and brings everything out. why I need extra help for it
