So I've found a seller on Indiamart my first time buying from their and im just wondering is it a bad idea to start with 0.05 tret and should i go to 0.025 (first time) thanks

if you really wanna get tret and think you have the patience to rub it on your face everyday for the next 6 months then do it
otherwise hop on accutane, much easier to swallow a pill ed and be done with it

it would start eating at your skin, get into your brain and start controlling you like a parasite, from there on out u become a raping machine raping ANYTHING that comes ur way

do the effects stay long term after the 6 months?

after finishing tret, you would have to continue to use it even after your acne is cleared, which im guessing nobody can be asked to do that. if you stop using it you will still have your clear skin from before but you are more prone to getting acne like you were BEFORE the tret usage. tret is still good but accutane just mogs.
however on accutane, once you finish your cycle, your skin's dna is altered forever and it is LESS likely for you to breakout even when not on it anymore, but still possible. this only happens when you reach a certain cumulative dose, which is based on your bw and age and height or whatever, you can measure it online or something.
edit: by cumulative dose i mean the mg you take (for example 20 mg, ed, you would have to reach 10k total over the period of 6 months to complete the cycle, thats not exact and im just guessing, you would have to find your own cumulative dose)

of course they do. i'd say that the skin improvements accumulate for several years often up to 3-5 years of use and then eventually plateau. and even then, it's still worth continuing for anti-aging, accutane users included.
