few months expect purging maybe, 0.025 start slowly idk once a week or every three days or sum till ur skin has adapted and u can start pushing it to daily, then 0.05 etc etc

accutane mogs though if you have severe acne, but im on tret myself its good for antiaging and texture

You could get it of Indiamart for much cheaper. But is will take 1-3+ months depending on strength

why so slow?

it disrupts the skinbarrier quite alot, esp with ppl with sensitive skin thats why. if you fry ur skinbarrier you will end up worse
