just take it like this, tret is just like glutathione serum, and isotret is like injectable glutathione
tretinion will only work where it is applied, and absorbtion is lower, while isotretinoin gets fully absorved
thats why isotret has side effects for your liver

Same effects, but isotret is consumed orally so more coverage, but ain't no need for that unless ur face looks like a bumpy ass road. Tret works for mild acne and even for scars to some extent and rarely has any side effects
