Tretinoin-without any irritation, is it normal?

so I just started using tret 0.05% yesterday used a pea sized amt. of it and it surprisingly didn't cause any irritation to my skin I used a cleansing face wash and then after 30 mins used tret and topped it off with some aloe vera gel after like 20 mins. Is it normal or am I doing something wrong?? and any other tips about using it?

a lot of people get better skin at the very start then start to purge

i use 0.025% daily and it doesnt irritate or peel my skin, but when i bought 0.1% like a retard i was peeling like a lizard

I'm 15 days in and I've got a significant reduction in my dark spots plus significant brightening with lesser tanning in my skin tone too

no, nothing changed after everything healed. i still dont see a difference in skin quality, but i improved my skin tone a lot (no evidence this is due to tret tho)
