Tretinoin without going red and flaky and ugly ?

Previously in 2021 I used the strongest level of tret jfl and literally destroyed my skin for soooo long


Anyway the conclusion me and my niggas came to at the time was I should’ve tapered up to that dose and start on 0.025%

Now just checking now I’ve ordered some and it’s arrived. Should I take it 2x weekly then 3x week 2 etc etc

But will it rape my skin again or do you reckon the hypothesis were correct

it takes months to actually work tbh, id only recommend it if you have really bad acne scars or anything just as severe. you will experience insane peeling and redness and look like you got a crazy sunburn, then it will be followed by a month or two of constantly forming acne (literally overnight) b4 you can really see results. therye really subtle imo and it isnt worth it especially if you are seen by lots of people up close often
