What’s the ideal concentration to start with? Do I need to apply spf50 or is spf30 enough?

the problem is that I found a good mineral sunscreen but it’s only sp30. Do u have any recommendations for spf50 with mineral filters? Ideally only non-nano zinc oxide

I use this one: clarins suncare face cream
If this one not good for you then 30 should be ok but 50 is better from protecting your skin
