It’s only a matter of trying it out.

It’s a good moisturizer, but it depends how often you use Tretinoin and how you’re skin responds to it.

Start off with that and then we’ll see.

Tretinoin will dry out your skin no doubt. The cream might help, but it probably won't be enough,,Expect rough skin for a while—no cream is going to fully counteract tretinoin harshness.
