Please if anybody knows give me a tret guide, like how to use, how often etc etc. really appreciate it!

Before you use Tretinoin (Retinoid 1st Gen.) use something that isn't so harsh and has so much potential side effects. I would recommend you to use Adapelen (Retinoid 3rd Gen.) first, it worked for me and it doesn't have much risks.
