I've been reading a few threads and many people recommend tretinoin for a few stacks, but I only know the small tretinoin tubes and I was wondering if there was body cream tretinoin that I'm not aware of ? or would retinol cream be good enough

tretinoin cream 0.025 and 0.05 are generally the known ones.
