I'm gonna use tretinoin and sunscreen for the first time. Some say it's good, but others say it's bad for the skin and bones.

I have heard that once you start using tret you have to wear sunscreen always.

you should be wearing sunscreen anyways. start with a low strength & put it on before bed, do 2 times a week and slowly work your way up to everyday, then once your skin can handle everyday up the strength and repeat the process.
