If it's anything below 0.025% it's basically useless

Probably because you've been applying a low percentage cream for months, you're not supposed to use it daily for that long

2-3 times a week, 4 if you've got thick skin, every other day, take a week long break every now and then

Just do 3-4 weeks of 0.025%, then move up to 0.05%, tolerance builds quickly

then obviously take accutane, start with 20mg and work your way up. If you are going on a vacation maybe you should wait tho.
