azelaic acid applied AM

tretinoin applied PM

dont forget to wait 10 minutes and apply moisturizer

also use spf50 because tretinoin makes your skin more sensitive to the sun

Use any kind of moisturizer i use CeraVe. So basically if your skin is sensitive use moisturizer tretinonin again moisturizer,dont forget sunscreen (spf 50+)cuz your skin will be sensitive asf

you can start at any strength i started at 0.1% but it gave me alot more dryness and peeling skin so id recommend starting with 0.025% or 0.05%,your lips might crack abit so i would recommend lipbalm/vaseline.use along side a moisturiser,you can do the sandwhich method but i personallu dont.
