Will Tretinoin resolve all moderate, generic skin issues. im not talking about severe acne or anything like that, i just mean any mild issues with skin quality, like discolouration, inflammation, rashes or blackheads etc? will it just make the skin look better in general or is it only useful for resolving a specific issue? also im not talking about tanning or anything like that obviously

Is there any need to take or use anything else unless you’re going for a specific effect eg beta carotene for complexion? Excluding basic cleanser, exfoliant moisturiser and cumcream obviously
