Tretinonin or accutane for skin care

I alredy did an accutane cycle and I’m pretty sure i won’t get acne for the rest of my life now. Should I use accutane for skin quality or tretinonin? I’m pretty uninformed about the benefits of these two other than acne and sebum treatment so please tell me wich one is the best
Btw is 0,1% or 0,5% the best tretinonin concentration for skin care? I did 0.5% and had no side effects
