if ur acne ain't that bad just get 0.05% then go up to 0.1%, idk why these mfs acting like topical tret doesn't work lol. if you're gonna do accutane do low dose

differin is good here as well but tretinoin depends how good your barrier is try 0.05 no point in time wasting also azelaic acid can improve it a lot or a co2 laser
