should be obvious but proritize triceps more cause they fill ur arm out and theyre more aesthetic imo

i hate this gymcel debates. Like nigga train whole body equally if you wanna look aesthetic
Also i've never heard a woman compliment my tris, only arms as a whole

This is retarted:feelswat: yes tricep is important but big tricep and small bicep makes your arm look autistic and normies only care about bicep. They literally cant name another muscle, huge tricep just makes your arm chunky not aesthetic

It’s not a debate people don’t prioritize triceps which doesn’t give them the aesthetic arms they’re looking for in the first place

Nobody said don’t train biceps

It’s just people don’t prioritize them as much so they don’t get their dream physique

Girls only say they like biceps bc it’s literally the only muscle they know the name of. Triceps contribute to 70% of musculature on the upper arm therefore is the most important for general thickness and aesthetics

literally everyone knows by now that it's like 70% of an arm, no one neglects them. Also no one ever compliments tris, only bis when you flex arm

Actually people don’t know that, some gymcels prioritize biceps and don’t care much about tri’s because muh some tiktok girls said “biceps 😻

You’ll never have big arms without big tris

Even if your biceps are lacking you can have somewhat big arms without them being that developed

Biceps mog. Sick of this normie muh tricep propaganda. Unless you're a retarded gymcel flexing your arms 24/7 most people aren't gonna notice your triceips as they do with your biceps.

they are because ur triceps make ur 2/3rds of ur arm relaxed

so unless ur flexing 24/7 ur triceps are what make ur arms look big unflexed

if u actually trained, you would know this
